Domestic Rates:

Flat rate $15 standard shipping for orders under $200 within Australia*

Express shipping flat rate of $25 sent with Startack*

 *If your order is time-sensitive, please opt for express shipping.

HEAVY PRODUCTS SHIPPING

For heavy items, free shipping is not available. Shipping costs for these products start at $30 and will be calculated at checkout. For a custom quote, please email us. See the list below for heavy items:

• Dot Cross Marker Paper
• Brown Pattern Card
• Newsprint Butcher Paper
• Bodice Linen (Sent on a roll)
• Fabric on rolls &/or items over 5kgs

Samples

All sample orders have a flat rate $5 shipping, this is sent in a tracked Aust Post Envelope. Please allow 10-15 business for your samples to arrive.

Please contact us if you would like your samples sent express.

International

All international orders will be emailed a quote for the shipping price.

International orders are excluding GST, please note international customers are responsible for any import duties and local taxes. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival

Returns

Full price stock items

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind or cut fabrics. We strongly recommend purchasing swatch samples before placing your order.

Sale items, clearance and remnants

We do not offer refund/exchanges for any sale, clearance or remnant items. We have heavily reduced the price on these lines to allow for any faults or imperfections.

Pre Orders/Special order

There is a minimum order of 3 meters for any pre-order/Special order items. You will need to add 3 units to your cart to order any pre-order/Special order items. If the items are in stock (this will be shown by the button "add to cart") then the minimum will be 1 meter as this item is in stock. Most pre-ordered fabrics will take about 4-6 weeks to arrive but please note that this is an approximate and times may vary. If you need your fabric by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure it will arrive on time.

**Please note: Opting for express shipping on a pre-order does not expedite its arrival. Your order will be shipped express only after we receive the pre-order
